How do I pay my DStv Account?

MultiChoice Kenya Payment and Customer Service Point @ T-MALL

  • Located on Langata/Mbagathi Road, at T-Mall Ground Floor, next to Tusky’s Supermarket.
  • Operating hours are 8.00am to 9.00pm weekdays, 9.00am to 9.00pm Saturdays 9.00am to 7.00pm Sundays and 9.00am to 3.00pm on Public Holidays.

Safaricom MPESA payments

  • This option is available for Safaricom subscribers. Go to the MPESA menu, Choose Pay Bill option, Enter 444900 as the business number, enter the DStv account number (not smart card number), enter the relevant full subscription amount, Enter your Safaricom PIN number and complete the transaction.
  • The customer will receive a confirmation SMS.
  • DStv (MultiChoice Kenya) will update the payments done via Safaricom at least hourly.
  • Please ensure that your decoder is on channel 114 before making payment.

Airtel Money payments

  • This option is available for Airtel subscribers. Go To Zap Menu, Choose Money Option, Choose “To Nickname” option & enter DStv, Enter amount, Confirm transaction,  Enter the 4 digit Airtel Money password, Under reference option enter the full DStv account number e.g. 12345678 (8 digits)
  • The customer will receive a confirmation SMS.
  • DStv (MultiChoice Kenya) will update the payments done via Zap at least hourly.
  • Please ensure that your decoder is on channel 114 before making payment.

Posta Pay

  • Available in over  290 Post Offices Country wide. (Please ensure Decoder is on ).
  • No fees charged.
  • Please quote your MultiChoice Kenya subscriber Number or Smartcard Number.
  • Account in MultiChoice will be updated within one hour of payment at the Post Office.
  • Currency accepted is Kenyan Shillings – Cash only

Direct Debit

  • Complete an application form available at the counter or reception.
  • Effective One Month from the date of application.
  • The actual debits are done on the first day of every month.
  • Instructions revoked in writing only.
  • Currency accepted is Kenyan Shillings.

Credit Card Standing Order

  • Complete an application form available at the Counter or Reception.
  • It is effective immediately.
  • Instructions revoked in writing only.
  • Credit cards accepted – VISA and MasterCard only.
  • Currency accepted is Kenyan Shillings and United States Dollars.

ATM – Standard Chartered Bank

  • One must be a Standard Chartered Bank Customer.
  • Please complete the application form for utility bills payments and deliver to your branch for activation.
  • Payment must be made 3 bank working days in advance to ensure that the account is updated in good time.

Cheque Drop Boxes

  • a. Nakumatt – Karen
  • b. Homecare Hardware at Yaya Centre
  • c. Sony Service Centre @ Phoenix House, Kenyatta Avenue
  • d. Dropping Zone @ Revlon Plaza
  • e. Cheque Deposit box located @ the Banking Hall, Multichoice office, Westlands.
  • Please include your MultiChoice account number, name and telephone number behind the cheque. Currency is Kenyan Shillings and United States Dollars on locally drawn cheques.

Equity bank payments

  • This option is available to all. Visit any branch of Equity bank and make payments over the counter.
  • You will receive a copy of the payment slip. 
  • DStv (MultiChoice Kenya) will update the payments done via Equity Bank at least hourly.
  • Please ensure that your decoder is on channel 114 before making payment.
